Hi all,
Once again we will be offering one-on-one counseling for Medicare Plan D through APPRISE. The sessions will be
on Nov.27, Dec.4, and Dec. 11 and the times will be 10:00, 10:40, and 11:20. Registration is required and we'll
be taking reservations at the ref. desk. At this time there is only one counselor available. When someone makes an
appointment please remind them to bring their Medicare Card, Health Insurance Card, and a list of their current prescription(including dosage). Thanks for your help with alerting patrons about this service.
